The First Christian Church, Aiken is located at the northwest corner of Silver Bluff Road and Kerr Drive opposite the Honey Baked Ham shop. It is near the intersection of Whiskey and Silver Bluff, roughly across from the Shell station.

The entrance to the sanctuary faces Silver Bluff Road and the office is in a separate building behind the sanctuary at 900 Kerr Drive.

The Sanctuary entrance faces Silver Bluff Road and there is an entrance to the fellowship hall from the parking lot off of Kerr Dr. Note that the front and rear entrances to the sanctuary and fellowship hall, shown in gray, have ramps to accommodate the disabled.
